It’s been quiet in the office over the past few weeks as we said goodbye to our summer interns! At Parts Life, Inc., we believe that through the education and empowerment of our employees we will continue to build success in our companies and within our communities. For the past few years, Parts Life, Inc. has partnered with Rowan University to provide several internships with hands on experience in engineering, manufacturing, business, finance, and more. We also had interns from Pace University, TCNJ, Southern Methodist University and Temple University. Thank you for all your hard work and we wish you the best!

Parts Life, Inc. , DeVal Lifecycle Suppor and LC Engineers, Inc celebrated the end of summer with a company wide fishing trip! Food, fun, and camaraderie was had by all...we even caught a couple fish!

Today our team had the opportunity to brief Shaefer Bagwell, Military Legislative Assistant to Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill of New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District. Mr. Bagwell advises the Congresswoman on policy matters relevant to her work on the House Armed Services Committee and sub-committees.

Parts Life, Inc., DeVal Lifecycle Support and LC Engineers, Inc had a productive semi-annual strategic planning meeting with our Leadership Team & Strategic Account Managers last week.

Parts Life, Inc. donated 300 military asset coloring books to the Vineland Veterans Home in Vineland, New Jersey. “Jets, Tanks, Hovercrafts, and More! A Coloring Book of Military Assets” features the top military assets used by the U.S. Military on land, air and sea.

The Parts Life, Inc. engineering team is helping local healthcare staff in their combat of Covid-19 and its impact on the lives of Americans. We have 3-D printed this initial set of facemask ear guards, which have been donated to Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ. We are currently printing more of these guards, and will soon be printing face shield frames. Thank you front line healthcare providers – we are proud to serve you!

Upgrade! We’ve added a Haas Mini Mill 2 to our Prototype Integration Facility’s arsenal and our engineers and machinist are super excited about it! Used for prototyping and small run productions, this full 5 axis CNC will expand our PIF tooling capabilities and allow for true 720 degree milling.

Congratulations to the Parts Life, Inc. team for entering a licensing agreement with Pratt & Whitney to manufacture components for the TF33 engine. The TF33 is the engine that powers the B-52 strategic bomber which remains a critical system in the defense of our nation. Parts Life continues to narrow the strategic gap that exists between sustaining legacy systems (like the 60 year old B-52) and the introduction of new systems, through its people, process & products.
