Blanket Purchase Agreement
A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is an arrangement negotiated before the business is conducted. Using this selection, a buyer may acquire a full range of services under one BPA, rather than having to purchase through multiple contracts.
Suppliers participating in the BPA program must meet these criteria:
Past performance of dependability
A history of quality services or products offered at a lower price
Numerous purchases provided at or below the simplified acquisition threshold
PARTS LIFE, INC.. was awarded a contract to support the combined Warfare Center SEAPORT Enhanced in all 7 zones to provide engineering, technical and programmatic services. The Multiple Award Contract is a five year base period of performance with two five year award options. Team Parts Life, Inc. is comprised of PLI, as Prime contractor, along with many Team members.

Level 2 and Level 3 Purchasing Cards
The benefit of using this specialized credit card is available exclusively for government clients.
Level 3 -Line Item Purchasing Card Processing, which is not common in the industry, as well as Level 2 processing.
Level 2 - Card data adds more information to benefit the government buyer. The number of fields is limited because of the restricted data capture capabilities provided by most hardware-based POS terminals and even most of the internet-based virtual terminals.
Level 3 - Line item detail, which is equivalent to the information found on an itemized invoice, requires greater system capability.
