Our benefits package includes a choice between three (3) Independence Blue Cross Medical plan options, Health Saving Accounts with a company contribution of $500 at the beginning of the year), two (2) Dental plan options, Vision, company paid Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability, Paid Time Off, 401k plan with up to 4% match, and $100 a month medical plan opt out bonus.
