Sam Thevanayagam, President & CEO of Parts Life, Inc. entered into agreement with Philadelphia based DeVal Corporation. The agreement was finalized in September of 2017, and Parts Life, Inc. has now taken ownership of the 60-year-old company.
DeVal Corporation, now DeVal Lifecycle Support, was founded in 1954 with its roots in several manufacturing areas. Equipment manufacturing, remanufacturing, along with long-term logistic and spare parts support are a few of the services offered by DeVal Lifecycle Support. Specialized manufacturing and re-manufacturing restoration processes are accomplished through coordination of highly trained and experienced management personnel. The use of state of the art equipment, materials, and manufacturing techniques has enabled DeVal to maintain competitiveness through optimized lead times and quality service. With a key focus on Lifecycle Support, DeVal has extensive experience working with manufacturing, field services, remanufacturing and maintenance in the following areas:
Military markets around the world and the U.S. Department of Defense
Equipment for use in civil airports
Equipment for use in military airports
Equipment for use on military ships and aircraft carriers
Technology in military equipment
With the new relationship established between Parts Life, Inc., and DeVal Lifecycle Support, Sam Thevanayagam plans to further his mission of supporting the Warfighter and the U.S. Taxpayer by providing long term solutions to customers Lifecycle Support, and Obsolescence issues.
