Parts Life, Inc. is proud and excited to continue partnering with Burlington County College. President & CEO Sam Thevanayagam, and Director of Business Development, Sheila Harris-Adams, were invited to speak to the marketing class at BCC on Monday September 22nd. They both shared experiences, and gave insights into the industry. Sam shared his journey which began at a community college.

In keeping with its commitment to empower the young people of the community, Parts Life, Inc. recently donated the MakerBot Replicator Z18 3D Printer to Burlington County College. John Welsh, Director of Engineering/ QM, of Parts Life, Inc. identified the colleges need for a 3D printer while working with BCC Physics Lecturer Greg Perugini at the college and made the donation possible.

Locally-owned Parts Life, Inc. is proud to congratulate Lisa Mariani, engineering intern for the company, on her acceptance into the PhD program at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics. Lisa received the John Henry Towne fellowship for the 2014-2015 academic year. Her research area will be in material mechanics, particularly nanomaterial mechanics.

Parts Life, Inc. was a proud sponsor of the 2014 Golf Outing and Business Networking Event hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). This year’s event was held at the Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, NJ, on August 4th. Sam Thevanayagam, President and Chief Executive Officer of Parts Life, Inc., attended along with other senior level executives and leaders from the joint base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

Parts Life, Inc. team members enjoyed the raining bubbles as they completed the three-mile Bubble Palooza run on June 21, 2014 in Woodstown, NJ.The race, which benefits the American Diabetes Association, includes music and a colorful salute to the survivors of diabetes.

One of our own, Micah Thevanayagam, is joining the Air Force. He will be sworn in on Saturday May 10th at the Joint Base Open House and Air Show. We are proud to have him serve our country, and are excited for his new journey in life. We salute his efforts and wish him all the best.

Parts Life, Inc. would like to congratulate Cecilia Lewin, Operations Manager for Parts Life, Inc., on passing the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) - Basics of Supply Chain Management Certification Examination.

Members of the Parts Life, Inc. team participated in in the Economic Opportunities Summit in relation to the Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst, which took place on Wednesday April 9, 2014 at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center's Winderman Auditorium. For the joint base briefing: Colonel James Hodges, Commander, 87th Air Base Wing spoke about events and economic opportunities at the joint base.

The Parts Life team was honored to be invited to take part in the Commissioning of the USS Somerset on Saturday, March 1, 2014. “The naval commissioning ceremony has been a tradition of navies since 1775. It is the most significant event in the life of a ship. The commissioning is the final event in the triad that brings a ship to life and marks the entrance of a man-of-war into the naval forces of her nation.”
