Parts Life, Inc. was proud to be a sponsor of Cooking for Kids’ Sake, a tasty event that featured food from some of South Jersey’s best chefs. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties organized the event to raise funds that will help to cover daily operational costs. In addition to tasting food from local area restaurants, this event featured a dessert station, cash bar, auctions, and networking opportunities.

Throughout  the month of January, Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno travelled the state highlighting New Jersey's fastest growing businesses and promoting the state as an ideal business location. The tour concluded today with final stops at two New Jersey based manufacturing companies, Legacy Converting Inc. in Cranbury and Parts Life Inc. in Camden.

Parts Life, Inc. recently announced the award of a contract from U.S Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Lakehurst to assist with the manufacturing of supply equipment for the launch and recovery of naval aircraft. This contract will allow the 87th Air Base Wing to continue to expand its vital mission.

With Parts Life, Inc.’s achievements this year such as nominations for business of the year and being named one of South Jersey’s fastest growing privately-owned businesses, President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Thevanayagam still continues to stay true to his core values. Serving others and doing good works through God are among some of the main reasons he is able to, not only be respected in the workplace, but also as a person.

PARTS LIFE, INC. has been named one of New Jersey’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies. The awards were presented by ParenteBeard, LLC, and sponsored by Archer & Greiner PC, Comcast Business, Mass Mutual, M&T Bank, and United Healthcare. The awards dinner and ceremony was held on Tuesday, November 19th at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, New Jersey. This great accomplishment for Parts Life, Inc. will also be highlighted in a special supplement to NJBIZ on November 25, 2013.

Parts Life, Inc. team member Sheila Harris-Adams was invited to take part in the Advocacy and Action day that was held in Washington DC on October 29th, 2013. Congressman Jon Runyan invited a select group of small businesses to the event, and provided them with the opportunity to meet with legislators and discuss important issues.

NJBIZ along with event sponsors EisnerAmper LLP, Sun National Bank, Comcast Business, and K&L Gates announced that Parts Life, Inc. has been selected as a finalist in the 2013 Business of the Year awards program.

On October 2nd, Parts Life, Inc. had the opportunity to host an event in support of Operation Cigars For Warriors (CFW). A strong turnout of military personel, family, friends, and veterans gathered at Main Street Cigars in Medford, NJ to bring awareness to this cause.
