Parts Life, Inc. is excited to announce a LIVE demonstration of our EAGL (Engineering Agility Global Lifecycle) Mobile Reverse Engineering Laboratory near Hill Air Force Base! Reverse Engineering is often the first step in DMSMS resolution, enabling manufacturable Technical Data Packages, Source Approvals, Prototypes & First Articles, and Cost Effective Supply Solutions. Stop by anytime between 9 am and 2 pm to see LIVE demonstrations ever hour on the hour.

Designers use available components when designing electronic and electrical applications. As time passes many of these components are discontinued due to low demand, design changes, ownership changes, etc., resulting in obsolescence. In addition, Military Program Managers are employing mission-critical assets and systems well beyond their design life.

Parts Life, Inc. has completed the integration of LC Engineers to provide full service electrical, electronic and component manufacturing to the Parts Life Family of Companies. This combination creates synergy within the small business aimed at serving the warfighter and U.S. taxpayer while improving cost-effective mission readiness rates.

Parts Life, Inc. is set to attend and exhibit at  Tinker and the Primes August 9th-11th in Booth 75 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the Reed Convention Center. As an industry leader in DMSMS and obsolete component reverse engineering and manufacturer, PLI will be showcasing their recent success in becoming a source approved manufacturer for 100 parts to support mission readiness. In addition, PLI's sister company, DeVal Lifecycle Support, will be showcasing their expertise in mechanical manufacturing for armament and ground support equipment.

Parts Life is committed to supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)! Our CEO, Sam Thevanayagam recently had the opportunity to visit the largest Naval Base in the world at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and witness first-hand how our customers maintain their equipment.

Recently the Parts Life, Inc. Family of Companies received their 100th Source Approval Request (SAR). A Source Approval Request (SAR) package contains all of the Technical Data needed to demonstrate manufacturability to the same level of quality or better than the current Approved Source. Source Approval Requests have been critical to our company’s manufacturing development.

First article approved! PLI is committed to providing high-quality parts that meet and exceed OEM specifications. Our engineering team has been working on reverse engineering and manufacturing the ALCM Engine Inlet Seal. Designed decades ago, the seal was subject to several obsolescence and DMSMS challenges, making it impossible to manufacture to OEM specifications.
