This exam tests the individual’s knowledge of the basic concepts required to manage the complete flow of materials in a supply chain, from suppliers to customers. The course covers the manufacturing, distribution, service, and retail industries, including the fundamental relationships among the design, planning, execution, monitoring, and control of supply chain processes.
