We are so excited to announce that Parts Life, Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of LC Engineers, a manufacturer and supplier in Rahway, NJ. LC Engineers has a 20-year legacy of successfully working with the U.S. DoD. As such, this acquisition is one of strategic importance to Parts Life, Inc. as we expand our value proposition in support of our customers— the DOD program manager and the life cycle of assets, many of which are being extended past their original design intent.
In keeping with our brand promise, Parts Life, Inc. will continue to expand our capabilities and capacities to serve the U.S. warfighter and the tax payer, as well as serve our global allies to defend freedom and our way of life! There is much to do, but we are looking forward to the road ahead.
