“Our EAGL lab is showcasing our robust capabilities built up over the last several years in our Moorestown, NJ facilities,” says Mike Bray, 5R Engineering Manager. “From complete overhaul to reproduction and manufacturing, we’ve specifically designed our Prototype Integration Facility to be agile and responsive to the requirements of the individual systems. Our equipment has specifically been chosen for its capability to replicate the dimensional, material, and technical characteristics of parts and components, so we can completely replicate the item for form, fit, and function. During the maintenance repair and overhaul process, we work closely with the item’s relevant Engineering Service Authority (ESA) to incorporate cost-effective value-added engineering to modernize equipment to decrease maintenance needs and perform better, eliminating down-time for service. Our goal is always to quickly restore equipment to OEM specifications while eliminating the need for additional maintenance, extending the lifecycle and providing cost effective supply solutions.”
Our fully mobile EAGL laboratory brings our reverse engineering and testing capabilities directly to the base and field locations. With our upgraded electronics capabilities the EAGL can be deployed to secured sites across the country, providing on site material testing and component analysis at the source. On-board 3D printing capabilities enable immediate verification of form & fit dimensions. From TDP and Source Approvals, to advanced replication, we offer a variety of DMSMS and obsolescence solutions to reduce asset downtime and provide cost effective mission readiness solutions.
Parts Life, Inc. is a certified AS9100D engineering service provider, manufacturer, and alternate source supplier for DMSMS and obsolete replacement components on military systems and subsystems. Our value-added reverse engineering processes address missing or incomplete technical data needed prior to manufacturing. Services, such as R.O.P.E.® (Rapid Obsolescence Planning and Execution) and 5R® (Reverse Engineering, Remanufacturing, Recertify, Repair, Replicate) deliver manufacturable data with source approval to manufacture replacement parts. In our Prototype Integration Facility, parts and components are manufactured and tested for form, fit, and function to ensure each piece meets and surpasses OEM requirements.
